Would be nice to have an observer mode to watch in-guild scrims. Perhaps even have it so they can only be seen on the Observer list while in the guild hall.

Ive got some things I would add on to your idea here
You could introduce a new type of observer mode for everyone in your guild, so those people who arent in the gvgs or scrims can still view it. It would appear when you hit b with the rest of the gvgs, I would think there would be 2 categories under which these would be listed. "<Guild Tag here> Gvg Battles"and "<Guild Tag here> Scrimmages."

Maybe there should be an extra tab for the Observer mode for guild scrimmage because I doubt other people not in your alliance will care about scrimmages.

If you actually read what I had said you would have noticed I said that it would only be for people in your guild, in your alliance would be good too, instead of just "<Guild Tag here> Gvg Battles and Scrimmages" it could be "<alliance leader's guild tag here>" etc., etc.
